Doha: The Qatar Football Association (QFA) today announced a squad of 23 players for the national team’s squad ahead of the 8^th edition of the West Asian Championship next month.

Qatar will commence their group A matches against Palestine on December 25, before playing KSA.

The host of the 2022 FIFA World Cup, Qatar have never qualified for the game’s showpiece event held every four years.
