U-19 list announced for three tune-up friendlies
Doha: Qatar U-19 Coach Bruno Miguel has summoned
27 players ahead of three friendlies scheduled to prepare
the young squad for the AFC qualification group next
month.
Qatar will play Uzbekistan, Iran and India on 18, 21 and
28 of October.
The friendlies come in the back of a training camp in Slovenia
where Qatar beat Slovenia’s Olimpija Ljubljana 4-2 before drawing
with Dynamo Zagreb of Croatia 2-2.
The matches have been scheduled to give the squad match
practice ahead of the November 4 to 8 AFC U-19 Qualifying
Championship to be held in Doha.
The qualifying event will also feature teams from Lebanon and
Iraq.
