DOHA: Iranian striker Masoud Shojaei netted a hat-trick (46th, 67th and 90th) as Al Shahaniya shocked leaders Al Sadd in the 14th round of the Qatar Stars League at the Al Gharafa Stadium on Saturday.

Algerian midfielder Nadir Belhadj struck the lone goal for the losers in the 92nd.

Al Sailiya pulled off another upset of the day when they came from behind to defeat Al Ahli2-1. Mojtaba Jabbari put Ahli ahead in the 22nd whileIssam Jemaa (25th) andFaouzi Ayesh (80th) ensured Sailiya full points.

Elsewhere, Al Kharaitiyat and Al Shamal played out a 2-2 draw.

Hassan Abdul Fattah (25th and 68th) and Issiar Dia (28th) found the target for Kharaityat whileAli Mejbel Fartoos (35th and 85th) and Maher Haddad (88th) scored for the losers.
