DOHA: Umm Salal player Younis Ali Rahmati on Tuesday received
unexpected visitors at Aspetar Hospital when Aspire Academy students
visited the Qatar Stars League (QSL) player.

Rahmati is recovering after surgery following an ankle injury
sustained during a QSL match.
“The player thanked the Aspire Academy for their visit,” a QSL
official said on Tuesday.

“He also said he was getting great attention from Aspetar Hospital
officials following the surgery,” the official added.
Aspetar, based in Doha, Qatar, is a world-leading specialized
orthopedic and sports medicine hospital – the first of its kind in the
Middle East.

Since 2007 the hospital has provided top-level comprehensive medical
treatment to athletes in a state-of-the-art facility that sets new
