Qatar Olympic squad set to launch training camp in Spain
DOHA: Qatar squad headed by coach Felix Sanchez will out to Spain on
Sunday for their training camp that will last around nine days.
Qatar’s Under-23 boys are preparing ahead of next month’s AFC U-23 Cup
to be held in Doha.
Sanchez’s menwill play a friendly against Serbia on December 22
during their training camp in Spain.
The Qatar squad will arrive back in Doha on December 23 and continue
their training for the January 12-30 event.
Two more friendlies have been scheduled by Qatar Football Association
(QFA), it was announced on Sunday.
On December 27, Qatar will meet Uzbekistan and on December 30, Qatar
face Yemen, QFA said.
Both games will be played at Al Gharafa Stadium.
