Qatar squad begins training ahead of 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifiers
ZURICH: Qatar squad headed by coach Daniel Carreno on Tuesday launched
their new season training, Qatar Football Association (QFA) announced.
The phase of the training camp will see Qatar camp in Zurich followed
by a trip to Austria.
The national squad flew out of Doha on Monday.
Qatar are preparing for their 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifying games
against Bhutan and Hong Kong to be played next month.
A total of 27 players are featuring in the two-stop training camp in
Switzerland and Austria.
Qatar beat Maldives in their first 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifying match in June.
