QSL names best player, coach for October
DOHA: Al Sadd coach Hussien Amuta was presented with the QSL’s October coach of the month award at Al Sadd Stadium yesterday.
In the month of October the Moroccan tactician oversaw an incredible run of games that put them top of the QSL table.
In the same vein, Rodrigo Tabata was presented with the QSL’s October player of the month award.
The playmaker also has an on average total performance rating of 92.4.
Tabata plays as the second striker and as such contributes with a lot of passes, 55.2 on average. This is partly to do with his link-up play with midfield and also in quick one-two exchanges in and around the penalty area.
His penalty area entries show that he sent a high number of passes, crosses and through-balls (8) into the box compared to the QSL average of 3.
With five rounds of QSL action in the month of October, Al Sadd forward has proven to be a great acquisition despite his age and looks set to continue to be a crucial player as Sadd competes for the QSL Shield this season.
