Dhaka, Bangladesh: Qatar squad headed by Felix Sanchez has reached Dhaka on Tuesday to take on Bangladesh for a match in the 2022 FIFA World Cup and 2023 AFC Asian Cup joint qualifiers.
Earlier this week, coach Felix Sanchez has announced a 26-member list. Al Annabi will play Bangladesh on October 10 before hosting Oman on the 15 of the same month. Qatar started their campaign in Group E with a 6-0 victory against Afghanistan before they were held to a goalless draw by India. Qatar lead the group with four points from two matches.
Oman are in second place with three points followed by Afghanistan, India and Bangladesh in third, fourth and fifth places respectively with three, one and zero points.
