These Terms of Use are in addition to other applicable notices, guidelines and rules that may have been communicated by the Qatar Football Association (the “QFA”) to you. The QFA may also publish additional notices, guidelines and/or rules on the Website. By using the Website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing the use of the Website. QFA reserves the right, within our sole discretion, to change, modify, update, add, or delete portions of the Terms of Use at any time, and your use of the Website will be conditioned upon the Terms of Use in effect at the time of your use.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with Qatari law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar, provided that the QFA may also take action to enforce these Terms of Use in other applicable jurisdictions.
The QFA may revise any part of these Terms of Use or any other notices, guidelines and rules otherwise incorporated by reference to these Terms of Use at any time. The QFA will notify you of a change when you next log in. Such change will be binding when you accept the terms on your next log in.
These Terms of Use have been drafted in English language. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and any translated version of the Terms of Use, the English version shall prevail.

2. Accessing the Website

3. Acceptable Use

In any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect.

In any way that could negatively impact the operation or functioning of the Website.

By sending to our Website any remarks, ideas, concepts, knowhow, graphics, techniques or information of any kind, you grant QFA an unrestricted, non-exclusive, irrevocable and royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify and distribute the same for any purpose.
You are responsible for submissions you make (“Submissions”), and you, not the QFA, have full responsibility for such content, including its legality, reliability, accuracy, and appropriateness.
Submissions must not:
Disclose personal information of people who have not consented to such disclosure.
Contain sensitive personal information (such as ethnicity, religion or biometric information), except where explicitly requested by the Website.
Involve commercial activities or sales, other sales promotions, or advertising.
Contain any material which is defamatory of any person, or which is obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory.
Promote sexually explicit material, violence or any illegal act.
Promote any sort of discrimination including, but not limited to, discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age.
Be threatening, or cause annoyance, inconvenience, needless anxiety, harassment or alarm.

Be used to impersonate any person, or to misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person.
QFA has the right, but not the duty, in its sole discretion to:
Remove or refuse to accept any Submissions for any or no reason.
Take any action with respect to any Submission that QFA deems necessary or appropriate in its sole discretion, including if QFA believes that such Submission violates the Terms of Use, infringes any intellectual property right or other right of any person or entity, threatens the personal safety of users of the Website or the public, or could create liability for the QFA; and/or
Disclose your identity or other information about you to any third party who claims that material posted by you violates their rights, including their intellectual property rights or their right to privacy.
Representatives
Where you submit information on behalf of other people through this Website, you agree that you are responsible for ensuring that:
You are validly authorized by those people to act as their representative.

Any failure by QFA to exercise or enforce any rights under these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision and QFA shall continue to have such rights to the extent permitted by applicable law. To the extent any provisions under these Terms of Use are found to be invalid, you and QFA agree that the intentions of QFA, as reflected in such provision, shall be given effect to the fullest extent possible under applicable law and that other provisions of these Terms of Use remain in full force and effect.
