Olympic League

The Qatar Football Association (QFA) organized the inaugural Olympic League in the 2023-2024 season. All first-division clubs participated with their Under-21 teams, playing matches in a single-round league format.

In the second edition (2024-2025), the competition featured teams under 22 years old, while the third edition (2025-2026) will include teams under 23, with matches played in a double-round league format.

According to the competition rules, teams earn three points for a win, one point for a draw, and zero points for a loss. The participating teams are ranked based on the total points accumulated throughout their matches.

The Olympic League championship is awarded to the team with the highest points total. In the event of a tie in points between two or more teams competing for first place, the criteria specified in Article (8) of the Olympic League Regulations will apply.

The top three teams receive the following awards:

1st Place: League Shield, gold medals, and a financial reward.

2nd Place: Silver medals and a financial reward.

3rd Place: Bronze medals and a financial reward.
