Under-19 League

The Qatar Football Association organizes, manages, and conducts various youth tournaments each sports season for clubs in both the First and Second Divisions. The Association has the authority to advance or postpone the sports season and to organize or cancel any official competition or festival. It may also make modifications in accordance with its internal regulations, including adjusting the scheduled dates of tournaments and festivals during the season as needed or for public interest.

First Division Clubs

A league competition is organized for the Under-19 category, involving all 12 Qatari First Division clubs. A unified draw is conducted for all youth age groups, and the league is played in two stages using a double round-robin format. Additionally, a "Golden Square" (semi-final) competition is held for the top four teams at the end of the league, along with youth cup tournaments and a developmental (activation) tournament.

The team finishing first is crowned the champion of the First Division Under-19 League. The club finishing last in the overall youth points ranking table is relegated to the Second Division in the following season.

Second Division Clubs

Second Division youth teams play among themselves in a three-round league format after a unified draw for all youth categories. The team finishing first is crowned champion of the Second Division Under-19 League. The club that tops the overall youth points ranking table for Second Division clubs is promoted to the First Division in the following season.

Second Division clubs also participate in youth cup tournaments and the developmental tournament.
