DOHA: Saud Al Mohannadi, Vice President of the Qatar Football Association (QFA), on Tuesday received at his office in the Al Bidda Tower Bassam Adeel Jaleel, Chairman of the Football Association of Maldives (FAM), and his deputy Hussein Jawaz.
Mansoor Al Ansari, QFA Secretary General, was also present in the meeting.
The visit comes within the framework of the distinguished relations between the two federations which were launched a number of years ago.
In the past two parties numerous agreements to develop the sport in Qatar and Maldives.
The latest meeting on Tuesday the football officials discus ways and means to back youth football in both countries.
The idea of having exchange programs was also discussed in detail.
Later the officials exchanged souvenirs and posed for photos.
