DOHA: Ali Al Salat, Chairman of the Media Committee for the 24th Gulf Cup, headed a key meeting of stakeholders at Al Bidda Tower on Tuesday.
The meeting was also attended by Jassem Al Rumaihi, Secretary General of the Arab Gulf Cup Football Federation (AGCFF), besides Fatima Al Nuaimi and Khalid Al Nema.
Other members of the Media Committee were also present during the meeting.
During the meeting, the officials reviewed the candidates from member associations for the membership of the Media Committee and also discussed the specific roles to be handed out to those heading departments during the five-team tournament.
The local committee's media team also reviewed their action plan during the draw for the tournament to be held on Wednesday.
A number of recommendations discussed during the meeting were reviewed in detail before they are submitted for approval.
