DOHA: Qatar will be one of 12 teams competing at Toulon International Tournament in June.
Argentina, Chile, Japan, Portugal, Mexico, Ireland, China and Bahrain are some of the other teams in the June 1 to 15 tournament.
Al Annabi's participation in the Toulon tournament is part of Qatar plans to prepare a strong squad for the under-23 Asian Cup in Thailand next January, a qualifying tournament for the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.
The team will play their opening match with France on June 2 at 3:30 pm while the second match will be against Guatemala on June 5 at 6:00 pm.
The placement matches from 9th to 12th will be played on June 11 while games for 5th to 8th will be played two days later.
The semi-finals will be played on June 12.
The two winners from the last-four matches will meet in the final on June 15 followed by the third and fourth place match between the losing semi-finalists.
The Toulon International Tournament is being played since 1967 in southern France.
