The Qatar Football Association (QFA) on Wednesday announced that it has decided to hold all remaining football matches of the Amir Cup, QNB Stars League, Second Division League and Qatargas League for the 2019-2020 season without the presence of fans in the stadiums starting Thursday 12 March 2020 until further notice.
This decision comes within the framework of the efforts and measures taken by the state to limit the spread the novel coronavirus (Covid-19), in order to ensure the safety of the fans in the stadiums hosting the matches.
