DOHA: QFA Secretary General Mansoor Al Ansari on Thursday received a delegation from the International Federation of Professional Footballers (FIFPro) at his office in Al Bidda Tower.
The FIFPro delegation, comprising Secretary General Theo van Seggelen, Legal Director Roy Vermeer and Senior Member as well as Services Specialist Simon Colosimo, are on a visit to Doha.
The meeting was also attended by Qatar Players’ Association President Abdulrahman Al Kuwari, Vice-President Ibrahim Al Ghanim and Senior International Relations Officer Ms. Paola Castro.
The QFA top official while welcoming the FIFPro delegation expressed his desire to enhance co-operation between both parties in future.
Various topics came under discussion during the meeting. Qatar's preparation to host the 2022 FIFA World Cup was also discussed in detail.

It was unanimously decided to work for the development of the game in the country and the region.
