DOHA: Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Thani, President of the Qatar Football Association (QFA), on Friday met with Jibril Rajoub, President of the Palestinian Football Association (PFA).
During the meeting, the two officials discussed issues of common interest. They also talked about strengthening cooperation between the two federations and working on mechanisms for activating the cooperation agreement that was signed earlier on.
Both officials also reciprocated the designs to back the football development plans shared between them.
In another context, QFA pledged to provide 100,000 medical swabs and 3,000 corona examination kits to PFA in order to help fight the outbreak of the corona pandemic in Palestine.
In this context, Jibril Rajoub praised the continuous support from the QFA, stressing the PFA's keenness to enhance cooperation between the two federations.
