DOHA: Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Thani, President of Qatar Football
Association (QFA), met with President of CAF Mr. Ahmed Ahmed at Al Bidda
Tower.
QFA Vice President Saud Al Mohannadi and Ali Daoud, president office director (QFA)
were also present during the meeting.
The two discussed matters of mutual interest and ways to improve football relations
between QFA and CAF.
The QFA chief pledged total commitment from Qatar to support the game in Africa as
well.
Mr. Ahmed thanked the QFA chief for the hospitality’ and said he ‘looked forward to
exploring new ways of football exchanges between the two parties’.
