DOHA: Qatar Football Association extends its condolences to the brothers in the State of Kuwait on the death of H H Sheikh Sabah Jaber Al Ahmad Al Sabah, the leader of humanity who throughout his life was a wise leader of his country and a faithful advisor to his brothers and friends from around the world. We go back in time and remember with great interest that Kuwait - under the wise leadership of the Amir - conducted a highly successful organization of the Arabian Gulf Cup that was held in Kuwait in late 2017 and 2018. That event was soon held after Kuwait had its IOC suspension lifted. We, at QFA, pray to Almighty Allah to have mercy on our dear leader's soul.
