DOHA: Top officials Fahad Thani and Mohammed Al Hashmi were present on the final day of a training course conducted by QFA's Development Department.
A total of 26 participants featured in the five-day course that also saw the attendance of Asian Lecturer Dr. Tarek Al Jalahmah, and his assistant Dr. Mohammad Jado.
Fahad Thani, Director of Development Department, and Mohammed Al Hashemi, Strategic Advisor to the Director, applauded the participants for showing keen interest in the program.
The Director also thanked the Executive Office of QFA for organizing the workshop. He said such workshops help generate interest among people who are keen to force development of the game away from the pitch.
Fahad Thani underlined the importance of attending such courses, saying 'training is a science which requires coaches to be careful learners to spread the knowledge to others'.
For his part, Dr. Tarek thanked QFA 'for giving him the opportunity to teach at the course'.
He also thanked Dr. Mohammed Jado, who cooperated extensively with him and played a prominent role in the success of the course.
