U 23 team continues preparations for Olympics qualifying event

DOHA: Qatar's Olympic squad will take on North Korea in a friendly match on November 29, it was announced by Qatar Football Association (QFA) on Sunday. Last week, Qatar played played a friendly match against Gambia at Abdullah bin Khalifa Stadium where the visitors won 1-0. In the second friendly, Qatar beat Iran after goals by Khaled Munir and Mohamed Waad. Qatar are preparing for the AFC U-23 Asian Cup to be held from 8 to 26 January 2020 in Thailand.
