The appeal is reviewed by a specialized committee, which includes: * Accepting or rejecting the appeal. * If accepted, reviewing the participant’s practical and theoretical assessments. * Reviewing notes recorded by the instructor. * Making the final decision and informing the participant. The committee’s decision is final and cannot be appealed. Note: * Verbal or unofficial appeals are not considered. * The Education Department in the Development Division of the Qatar Football Association is the only official entity authorized to receive appeals.
Registration is done through the Qatar Football Association’s MyComet online platform. The applicant must create a personal account on the platform, select the appropriate course, and then complete the application procedures.

For participants inside Qatar: payment is made directly at the Development Department headquarters according to the instructions specified in the notification. For participants outside Qatar: payment is made online using available electronic payment methods, and payment details will be sent via the platform.
