DOHA: Khalid Al Kuwari, COO of Qatar Football Association (QFA), on Monday left for Riyadh where he will meet media organisers at 22nd Gulf Cup.
Al Kuwari will meet with Saudi Arabian officials managing the media contingents covering the region's top football event.
Al Kuwari is also expected to meet with media personalities covering the event which commences on November 13 to 26.
He will also be briefed on set-up that will deal with print, radio and TV representatives.
Qatar will be joined by teams from across the region for the two-week event.
Al Kuwari will also represent QFA at the media meeting set to be held in Riyadh on Tuesday.
Qatar take on Saudi Arabia in their opening game on November 13.
