DOHA: Relegation-threatened Al Wakrah succumbed to a heavy 0-4 defeat at the hands of Al Khor to further slip into the danger zone with only one round to go in the Qatar Stars League. Julio Cesar struck two goals (73rd, 85th) while fellow Brazilians Madson (23rd) and Marcos Miranda (80th) too found the target. Wakrah managed to stay 13th in the table despite the defeat, one place above relegation zone, but only on goal difference as Al Shahaniya caught up with them on points, 20, after playing out a 1-1 draw with Al Shamal. Abdullah Ali put Shahaniya ahead in the 34th while Shamal equalised through Saud Salem Ali in the 93rd. Elsewhere,Al Arabi came from behind to beat Al Sailiya. Tunisian forward Issam Jemaa put Sailiya ahead as early as the sixth minute, but second-half goals from Sergio Dutra (65th) and Abdulaziz Hatem (75th) ensured full points for Arabi.
