DOHA: Qatar Football Association (QFA) on Sunday announced the
decision to postpone the Arab Under-20 tournament as the dates clashed with
the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil.
Qatar juniors - who were to feature in the event - are currently
engaged in a Friendly International Tournament in Toulon, France.
Qatar on Saturday drew 1-1 with South Korea after losing to England 3-0.
The decision to postpone the event was announced after world body FIFA
said no event was to be held in the months of June and July.
The event was to be held from second week of June until June 15th.
The 2014 FIFA World Cup ends on July 13.
