Doha ready to welcome Asian Cup trophy

DOHA: Fans will get to take pictures of themselves posing with the 2015 Asian Cup on Wednesday. The Qatar Football Association (QFA) is organizing a trophy tour at Landmark Mall, it was announced on Tuesday. Saudi Arabia's retired football star Sami Al Jabbir will also be present on Wednesday. The trophy tour began on September 26. The Asian Cup will be held in Australia in January next year. Doha staged the previous edition of the Asian Cup in 2011. Qatar will host the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
