DOHA: Qatar Stars League (QSL) outfit El Jaish has roped in Frenchman
Sabri Lamouchi as their new coach, it was announced on Saturday.
Lamouchi replaces outgoing Nabil Maaloul who has joined the Kuwaiti
national side.
A delegation from El Jaish headed by Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Thani
Al-Kuwari Secretary General, and Executive Director of El Jaish, will
travel to the French capital Paris to complete the contract with the
new coach.
Dr Al Kuwari told the club website: "Nabil Maloul ended the contract
with us and we wish him good luck as he gets to coach the national
side of Kuwait. We are happy to get a replacement."
Lamouchi is expected to be with his new employers in the next few days.
