DOHA: Qatar Football Association (QFA) Disciplinary Committee held its
weekly meeting and announced the following decisions:
Al Rayyan's Daniel Goumou was banned for two years when he signed a
contract with El Jaish despite being contracted with the former club.
He was also fined QR 100,000.
The QFA's Disciplinary Committee also said that El Jaish will not be
allowed to sign any new players for two consecutive transfere windows, according to Article 67of the QFA Rules of Discipline.
