DOHA: This year’s Emir Cup final match ticket sales is witnessing high demand from hundreds of fans who flocked to the 7 ticket booths to buy their tickets. QFA has released a total of 10,000 seats for the final match and will release additional batch of tickets in the upcoming period prior to the final match that will take place in Khalifa International Stadium on 17^th May. Tickets were made available to the public on 1^st May where 7 ticket outlets have been located in several places so that they are readily available for fans from across Doha. Final match tickets are be sold in Villaggio, The Mall, Landmark Mall, Lagoona Mall, Souq Waqif, Fifty One East in City Centre, and Al Khor Mall. Tickets for the final match are only sold in the evening, except on weekends, where they will be sold in the morning and in the evening hours. Tickets for quarter finals and semi finals are sold at the stadiums ahead of match kick-off. Emir Cup quarter finals are set to kick-off on Saturday 3^rd May at 5:15pm and 7:45pm in Al Sadd Stadium and Al Arabi Stadium. Spectators have the chance to win new mega prizes in the final match of the Emir Cup; prizes include cars from Toyota, iPhones, iPads, Blackberry phones and coupons from Sony – Fifty One East and Al Nahdi Group. The raffle draws started from round 2 onwards and will continue to take place in the upcoming rounds of the Cup. Fans must buy tickets to be eligible to enter the raffle draw which will take place in the stadia before match kick-off. A dedicated area will be setup outside of Khalifa International Stadium for fans to enjoy several exciting events that will be organised by QFA. The fun-packed day will witness football related performances, dedicated foot court and games for children. It is worth mentioning that the Emir Cup is the last tournament of the season and is one of the most popular tournaments in the country. The final match will take place on 17th May and will be held in Khalifa International Stadium. The Emir Cup 2014 runs from 21st April until 17th May and matches are played in four stadia, Al Arabi Stadium, Qatar Sports Club, Al Sadd Stadium and Khalifa International Stadium.
