Zurich: Qatar on Wednesday went down to Malaga 4-1 in their final warm-up game on their European preparation camp.
Coached by Djamel Belmadi, Qatar are currently preparing for Gulf Cup to be held in Saudi Arabia in November and the Asian Cup to be staged in Australia next January.
‎Belmadi made a string of changes to the playing XI in order to give Qatar players maximum match practice.
Qatar will return home on Sunday.
The players will disperse and join the Qatar Stars League (QSL) before assembling again in September for their next international friendlies.
Qatar squad arrived in Europe at the end of last month for their 10-day training camp.
