Moroccan Ismail arrives in Doha to join Al Wakra

DOHA: Ismail Bilmualim of Morocco is set to join Qatar Stars League (QSL) side Al Wakra, club officials said after the defender landed in Doha. Ismail is expected to complete the formalities of undergoing a medical and then signing the contract. The Moroccan is expected to play the last three months of the QSL season. Al Wakrah contact the player two weeks ago and agreed to the conditions, it emerged. QSL is currently on a break as Qatar's team is playing the Asian Cup in Australia. The QSL action resumes in February.
