DOHA: The Qatar Football Association Executive committee has revealed that Qatari players selected to represent national teams will be allowed to move between local clubs outside of the two official trading windows.
This exemption is aimed at giving the players the chance to get more playing time in accordance to the association's strategy of developing the game to further improve national team's performances.
