Qatar Olympic side to start preparations for friendlies in October

DOHA: The Qatar Olympic squad is set to launch its preparations for forthcoming friendlies this Friday when it converges at Grand Hamad Stadium for practice sessions. Qatar take on Ghana and Algeria (twice) in their next threefriendlies in October. Coach Fahad Thani has already announced a batch of 24 players for the two games. The two game stake place on October 9 and 11. The Qatari squad has players who have been released by Qatar Stars League (QSL) sides for the training camp.
