Aachen: Qatar Olympic squad is busy training in German city of Aachen where the players will stay until the end of May, Qatar Football Association (QFA) said on Saturday. Qatar squad - coached by Fahad Thani - will undergo special training sessions besides playing friendlies, it emerged on Saturday. The squad along with backroom staff left for Aachen on Thursday. On Saturday, Qatar drew 1-1 with Ireland, Al Rayyan striker Ahmed Alaa scored Qatar's lone goal on 32 minutes. Qatar will play against Macedonia juniors on May 27. Qatar played two friendlies against Tanzania, winning one 5-2 and drawing the second 3-3, before leaving for Aachen.
