DOHA: Brazilian forward Julio Cesar netted twice (20th and 33rd) as Al Khor registered their first win of the Qatar Stars League with a 3-2 win over promoted Al Shahaniya. However, it was an injury-time own goal by Shahaniya’s Abdullatif Salah that made the difference. Luciano Vazquesz (17th) and Ulises Pascua (82nd) were Shahaniya’s scorers. Qatar Sports Club continued their fine win, this time scoring a stunning 5-1 win over Al Gharafa. Hamdi Harbaoui netted thrice (22nd, 37th and 83rd), Maher Yousef (83rd) and Cho Young-Cheol (86th) added the other for the winners while Gharafa’s consolation goal came through Nene in the 92nd. Elsewhere, Al Kharaitiyat held Al Arabi goalless.
