DOHA: The Qatar squad will base camp in Rome later this month, Qatar
Football Association (QFA) said on Monday.
The squad coached by Djamel Belmadi will start the 10-day camp on May
22, it was announced.
Qatar has two major assignments in the next few months beginning with
the Gulf Cup later this year and the 2015 Asian Cup to be held in
Australia in January next year.
Qatar will also play a friendly with Macedonia during their training
camp on May 30.
The football season in Qatar will end on May 17 with the final of the
Emir Cup at Khalifa International Stadium.
