DOHA: Ahmed Al Saadi scored in the 28th minute from the penalty spot as
Qatar U-20 scrapped to a 1-0 victory over their counterparts of Yemen in a
friendly match played at Aspire Dome on Monday.
The Qatari juniors are preparing for the Youth Asian Cup to be played in
Myanmar in October this year.
The match was part of a preparation campaign highlighted by partaking in
the Toulon International tournament in France last month, where they
featured in games against Brazil, England, Colombia and South Korea.
The coaching staff will continue with the training sessions leading up
to theC.O.T.I.F international tournament in Spain next August.
