DOHA: Qatar Football Association (QFA) on Thursday announced that the
Qatargas League will kick off on September 20.
A total of 18 clubs will feature in the league that will also include
football giants Al Rayyan who were demoted at the end of last season.
Fourteen reserve sides of the Qatar Stars League (QSL) teams will be
joined by four teams from the Second Division.
The complete playing schedule will be released shortly, QFA said on Thursday.
The venues for the Qatargas League will be the same that will be used
for QSL matches in the 2014-15 season.
