The Qatar Football Association (QFA) announced on Thursday that ticket sales have commenced for Qatar’s upcoming FIFA World Cup 2026 qualifying match against Kyrgyzstan. The game will take place on Thursday, October 10, at Al Thumama World Cup Stadium, with kick-off scheduled for 7:00 p.m.
Ticket prices are divided into two categories: Category 1 is priced at QR30, while Category 2 tickets are available for QR10. Fans can purchase tickets online through the official QFA ticketing platform at http://tickets.qfa.qa.
Special arrangements have been made for fans with disabilities, who can request designated tickets by emailing [email protected]. The QFA encourages fans to secure their tickets early, as a large turnout is anticipated for the match. They also recommend planning transportation in advance to avoid delays and selecting seats based on both budget and preferred stadium view for the best experience.
This match marks Qatar’s third World Cup qualifier following a defeat to the UAE and a draw against North Korea last month. With only one point, Qatar is just ahead of Kyrgyzstan in the standings, while Uzbekistan and Iran top Group A with six points each. The UAE follows with three points, and North Korea holds one point.
The top two teams from the group will earn direct qualification for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
