DOHA: Saud Al Mohannadi, Vice President of Qatar Football Association
(QFA), met his counterpart from Korea FA on Sunday.
Al Mohannadi received Soonho Choi, Vice President at Korea FA, and his
accompanying delegation at Al Bidda Tower, the home of football in
Doha.
Yongsoo Lee, Technical Director of Korea FA, Taesuk Jeong, Technical
Committee Member of Korea FA & Medical Doctor, and Jongyoon Kim, Head
of Education of Korea FA, were also present during the meeting.
Matters of mutual interest came up for detailed discussion with
emphasis on sharing football experiences.
Al Mohannadi put forward QFA's desire to promote football in both countries.
Soonho Choi said Korea FA was willing to help in any matter that
entailed hosting of football events.
Korea and Japan hosted the 2002 FIFA World Cup, the only instance when
two countries organized football's showpiece event.
