Three days earlier, Qatar shared a 1-1 draw with Ireland.
Led by Qatari coach Fahad Thani; the Olympic team played three friendlies against Tanzania (twice) and Senegal in Doha before departing to Germany in their first assembly under the reign of the new coach.
Qatar’s Olympic squad is set to compete in the 2014 Asian Games in Korea next November.
Thani named the squad in what was his first announcement as the coach of the Under-23 players.
The Qatari coach was given charge of the Olympic squad last month.
