DOHA: Experienced coach Bertrand Marchand of France has taken charge
at Qatar Stars League (QSL) giants Al Gharafa, it was announced on
Tuesday.
The 61-year-old Frenchman has coached Al Khor, Al Kharaitiyat and Umm
Salal in QSL.
Al Gharafa's new employee will tackle Al Kharaitiyat in his first
match on May 2.
On Tuesday, Marchand headed a team training session at Al Gharafa.
The Frenchman's first assignment is the Emir Cup which kicks-off later
this month.
