DOHA: Qatar Football Association's (QFA) referee committee named Abdul Rahman Mohammed Abdo and Salem Al Marri as the Best Referee and Best Assistant Referee for the month of December, it was announced on Monday. The awards were announced following detailed analysis of the two officials during Qatar Stars League (QSL) matches played in December. Similar awards are also announced for coaches and players every month. The awards are announced to encourage the best efforts of players, coaches and referees.
