DOHA: Ten-man Al Sailiya held Al Gharafa 3-3 in the 18th round of the Qatar Stars League at the Al Wakrah Stadium on Friday. Faouzi Ayesh (eighth) and Isaam Jemaa (42nd and 87th) scored for Sailiya while Bilal Mohammed (39th), Mark Bresciano (48th) and Christian Bolanos (63rd) found the target for Gharafa. Al Khor came from behind to hold Qatar Sports Club 1-1. Fadhl Omar put Qatar SC ahead in the 63rd minute while Madson equalised in the 87th. Elsewhere, Hassan Abdelfattah netted a brace as Al Kharaitiyat rallied to beat Umm Salal 2-1.Jermie Ali Adiere put the men in orange ahead in the eighth. Hasan Abdelfattah Mahmoud was the star for the winners with a goal in the 93rd minute as Al Kharaitiyat bounced back after conceding an early goal. Jermie Ali Adiere gave Umm Salal the lead early by scoring the goal in eighth minute. It took Al Kharaitiyat 54 minutes to level the score with M Sadd netting the leveler. As the game approached to an end, both the team exchanged attacks at short intervals before Mahmoud heads the all-important goal. In today’s matches title-contenders Al Sadd will take on Al Arabi while Al Ahli will meet El Jaish.
