DOHA: Hassan Al Hammadi presided over a meeting of QFA's Disciplinary
Committee , the first of the new football season.
The first meeting has sought an explanation from Al Arabi club for the
reason for not fielding a full squad for their Qatargas League match last
week.
In that game, Al Arabi club forfeited the match after 53rd minute for not
having a playing XI due to injuries.
In another decision, Ahmed Suhail of Al Sadd and Mohammed Azwaid of
Muaither were suspended for one QSL game and fined QR 3000.
The second round of QSL matches continue this weekend.
