DOHA: Qatar Stars League (QSL) champions Al Rayyan have beenpenalizedby the QFA DisciplinaryCommittee after the club was seen to broken certain rules off the ground.
The club has beenpenalizedwhen the club president 'entered the players' room without the'access pass' during a game on February 20.
In another infringement, Al Rayyan werepenalizedwith a fine of QR 20,000 when club fans threwwater bottles on field of play when the champions played Al Arabi.
Al Arabi management has also been fined QR 10000 for 'delayed start to the second half of their match against Al Rayyan.
The Disciplinary Committee also decided to penalise the Al Arabi assistant coach for objecting to referee's decisions.
The committeehasdecided to fine Al Khor's Abdullah Mustafa QR 10000 for not attending amandatory press conference.
