Futsal: Qatar to play Montpellier in friendly

DOHA: Qatar's national side will meet French futsal team Montpellier

in a friendly on Wednesday.

According to details, the second friendly will be played on December

15 at Al Wakrah Indoor Gall.

The Qatar squad has been in training since December 10. A batch of

18 players are in training at the same venue.

The Qatar squad began training under Portuguese coach Thiago

Pulida last Saturday.

Each day the squad underwent training in two sessions - morning

end evenings, team officials said.

Squad: Lucas Oliveira, Amar Mohsen Hadi, Ahmad Khalil, Flavio

Prato, Saad Bilal, Muhammad Ali, Ahmed Mohammed Awni, Issa

Khalfan, Abdulla Hussain, Abdullah Abdulaziz, Hussein Rashid,

Abdul Karim Jassem, Rashid Hassan al-Kubaisi, Ibrahim Darwish,

Hamad Issa, Orahmh Kuwari and Tahir Mahmood.
