DOHA: Slovakian forward Vladmir Weiss made a telling impact by winning a penalty and converting it himself in the dying moments as Lekhwiya defeated a wasteful Al Sadd 1-0 to win the top-table clash in the Qatar Stars League on Saturday.
The three points helped Lekhwiya increase their tally to 45 and move to the top of the table. Sadd have 43 points.
