DOHA: Muaither continue to lead ahead of round 14 games in the Qatargas League, the country's second division of football. Muaither, who have 32 points from 13 rounds, are increasingly looking like winning the Qatargas League title with key games coming up next week. Second-placed Al Shahaniya have 30 points from 13 matches while third-placed Al Markhiya have 30 points. Only the two top side will win promotion to Qatar Stars League (QSL). In the coming rounds, Al Sailiyah will take on Al Rayyan while Muaither will take on Al Makrkhiya. In the third game of the evening on Sunday, Al Kharaitiyat face Al Ahli. On Monday, Al Arabi face Qatar SC, Umm Salal take on Al Shamal while Lekhwiya have a date with El Jaish. At Al Gharafa Stadium on Tuesday, Al Sadd face Al khor and Al Shahaniya take on Al Gharafa. In the title race, Al Sailiyah are in fourth spot with 26 points while Al Rayyan are fifth with 25 points. Al Shamal (25), Al Arabi (23), Qatar SC (21), Al Ahli (21) and Al Gharafa (19) complete the top-10 teams. Al Sadd (13), Lekhwiya (13), Al Wakrah (11), Mesaimeer (9), Umm Salal (9), Al Khor (7), El Jaish (6) and Al Kharaitiyat (6) share positions from spot 11 to 18.
