Qatar beat Yemen to grab third spot at West Asian Championship

DOHA: Playing attacking football, Qatar on Wednesday crushed Yemen to grab the third-place playoff at the West Asian Football Federation (WAFF) Championship. Qatar won 3-0 in the game played at Lekhwiya Stadium. Ahmed Alaa, Akram Afif and Hamza Akram scored in the 19th, 58th and 90th minutes of the game.
